No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons related to personal preferences, change of mind, or if you simply do not like the product. Each product is described and photographed to give you a clear idea before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to make it right.
In such cases, we will gladly accept the return and offer a full refund.

Important Notes
- The damage must be reported as soon as the parcel is received.
- We cannot process refunds for damage reported days after delivery.
- Return shipping for damaged products will be discussed and arranged on a case-by-case basis.
